What we collect

When you submit the contact form we receive the details you enter: name, company, email, phone, country, site, number of turbines, the service you need, your preferred timing and your message. With the form we also receive how you found us: campaign tags such as utm_source, the address of the website that referred you (without the page path) and the first page you visited on our site. These are stored only in your browser session until you send the form. What you type in the form is also kept in your browser session, so a reload does not lose it; it is deleted when you send the form or when your browser ends the session for that tab. The "Send via WhatsApp" button only opens WhatsApp with these details; nothing is sent to our server that way.

Why

We use these details only to answer your enquiry and prepare an offer. We do not sell or share them for marketing.

Analytics

With your consent, given through the cookie banner, we use PostHog (hosted in the European Union) and Google Analytics, run through Cloudflare Zaraz, to see which pages and services visitors find useful and to measure how enquiries reach us. These tools record page views and the interactions described above, not your name, email, phone number or message. You can accept or decline this at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer, and nothing loads until you accept.

Processors

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that submissions come from a person, and form messages are delivered by email through Resend.

Retention and your rights

Enquiries are kept in our mailbox only as long as needed for the business relationship. To access or delete your data, email m.taher@evenergy.site.
