Wind turbine maintenance and O&M support
Wind turbine maintenance and O&M support — preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance, fault diagnosis, SCADA and alarm review, condition monitoring and balance of plant support.
- Inspection plan tied to the equipment
- Photographic findings
- Corrective action recommendations

Wind turbine maintenance keeps turbines available and producing. For operating wind farms in Jordan and across the Middle East, North Africa and Central Asia, EVenergy plans inspections and maintenance around site priorities and turbine availability. Findings are documented at component level, so the owner can schedule corrective work and keep a clear record of asset condition.
Preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance
- Preventive — scheduled inspections, lubrication and filter replacement, torque checks, electrical and functional testing.
- Corrective — fault diagnosis, troubleshooting and repair, component replacement, return-to-service support.
- Predictive — condition monitoring, thermal imaging, vibration analysis and endoscopic gearbox inspection.
Beyond the turbines, we support the balance of plant: substations, cables, roads and site interfaces.
Fault diagnosis, SCADA and alarm review
We review SCADA data and alarms to find faults early, then diagnose, troubleshoot and support the return to service. Vibration and oil analysis are coordinated, and thermal imaging and gearbox endoscopy are added where specified. Deeper checks run through gearbox endoscopy, inspections and NDT, and blades through blade inspection, cleaning and repair support.
Wind turbine maintenance planned around availability
We plan work around the agreed access window and bundle inspection tasks, so turbines are stopped as few times as possible. The same approach lets owners combine existing services into one campaign, for example an end-of-warranty inspection that brings together blade inspection, gearbox endoscopy and bolt checks in a single mobilization.
We also provide qualified personnel for scheduled maintenance campaigns and owner representation on site. The Zarafshan Wind Farm completion certificate recommends EVenergy for corrective maintenance and field service assignments.
The O&M delivery model: assess, plan, maintain, monitor, improve
Assess asset condition, plan the maintenance, maintain in the field, monitor performance and alarms, and improve through optimization and lessons learned.

How the work is delivered
Define the work
Agree the equipment, site access, applicable procedures, acceptance criteria and reporting format before mobilization.
Execute safely
Use site risk assessments, permits, isolation controls and task-specific competence for the work being performed.
Close the loop
Record findings with photographs and recommendations, then track corrective actions through handover.
Typical outputs
- Inspection plan tied to the equipment, access window and applicable OEM or site instruction
- Photographic findings, location and severity, test method and traceable records
- Corrective action recommendations, priorities and a closeout summary
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between preventive and predictive maintenance?
Preventive maintenance follows a schedule: inspections, lubrication and filter replacement, torque checks, and electrical and functional testing. Predictive maintenance uses the turbine’s condition to decide when to act: condition monitoring, thermal imaging, vibration analysis and gearbox endoscopy. We combine both with corrective maintenance, which fixes faults once they are found.
Can an independent provider maintain turbines after the OEM warranty?
EVenergy is not tied to one turbine manufacturer. Each work package is shaped around the asset and the applicable OEM or site instructions for the turbine platform. Near the end of warranty, owners can combine our blade inspection, gearbox endoscopy and bolt checks into one inspection campaign to document asset condition.
How do you reduce downtime during maintenance?
We plan work around site priorities, turbine availability and the agreed access window, and bundle inspection tasks so turbines are stopped as few times as possible. Findings are documented at component level with priorities, so corrective work can be scheduled into the next planned window instead of forcing extra stops.
Can you provide personnel for annual maintenance campaigns?
Yes. We provide qualified personnel for scheduled maintenance and owner representation on site, planned and deployed to the agreed campaign schedule. Tell us the turbine platform, the number of turbines and the campaign window, and we confirm the team and scope in a project-specific offer.
